10.5.10 - *IMPENDING CHANGE TO INTERBREEDING PROTOCOL AND ACREDITED BREEDER HEALTH REQUIREMENTS*

I have been speaking to the Breeder Advisor at the KC recently and am told that in the near future the requirement for testing for PLL will include both DNA test for PLL and a current eye certificate. The logic behind this is that other eye conditions have been seen in Minis and therefore we should be vigilant in checking our dogs eyes, both for PLL by DNA test and other conditions by eye test.
